Along with the Pennsylvania Medical Society and the Pennsylvania College of Obstetrics and Gynecology, PaACC is developing a program to enhance ambulatory blood pressure monitoring for pregnant and post partum individuals in Pennsylvania in an effort to reduce the morbidity and mortality.
PaACC joined the National Football League's Smart Heart Coalition to push through Senate Bill 375, that improves education and establishes CPR/AED programs to reduce the incidence of Sudden Cardiac Death in student athletes.

The chapter worked with organizations in the state of Pennsylvania such at the Peyton Walker Foundation and Simon’s Heart via (Act 73-2020) to improve access to education, CPR/AED training, and ECG screening in appropriate individuals to reduce the incidence of sudden cardiac arrest.
PaACC advocated to support modifying the Tobacco Sales to Underage Purchasers (Act 112-2019) to raise the eligible age to purchase tobacco products from 18 to 21.
